Your Opportunity

Take ownership of our demand and production planning cycle and play a central role in keeping our UK manufacturing operation running smoothly and efficiently.

Drive forecast accuracy, shape the Master Production Schedule, and manage Capable-to-Promise commitments, working directly with Sales and Production to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

As a Demand Planner, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Supply Chain, and Production, turning customer demand signals into actionable plans. This is a role where your analysis, planning judgement, and cross-functional collaboration will genuinely influence our operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Developing and maintaining demand forecasts using sales data and customer input.
  • Producing and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Managing Capable-to-Promise (CTP) requests, balancing customer demand with production capacity and material availability to support realistic delivery commitments.
  • Running MRP to generate material requirements and align with Supply Chain purchasing.
  • Participating in S&OP meetings and cross-functional planning reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate planning data in our ERP system and reporting on forecast accuracy and schedule adherence.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduate‑level candidates early in their career.
  • Analytically minded with a comfortable relationship with data and numbers.
  • Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can work confidently across Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Interest in planning, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing roles.
  • Awareness of planning concepts such as MPS, MRP, or S&OP is an advantage but not essential.

What To Expect from Us

  • £28,000 starting salary.
  • Full training in demand planning, MPS, MRP, and our ERP system.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service).
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme & Employee Assistance Programme.
